Foxy

BIO:

Foxy made her first appearances as one of Kula's alternate strikers in King of Fighters 2000. She made her first playable appearance in King of Fighters 2001. Foxy is a loyal agent of NESTS who was ordered with her colleague, Diana, to supervise the product of the Anti-K' project: Kula Diamond. They were dispatched to eliminate the rogue agent, Zero, as he was considered a burden to their organization. Foxy's fighting style is based on Fencing.

After their success, Foxy was ordered by her supervisors to enter the next tournament with Kula and two other untrusted agents, K9999 and Angel, unfortunately she was severely injured by the two of them. After she discovers that the original president of NESTS was murdered by Igniz, she stops her loyalties to the NESTS cartel and joins Diana in becoming an independent party.

Foxy has a futuristic & unique look for a KOF character. And she fights with a weapon? Is she the Yoshimitsu of KOF? Foxy was definitely an unexpected and different design for the series when she debuted... and added to the "cool" new vibe and mystique of KOF2000 / 2001. Characters like her definitely made it feel like "new" KOF rather than old.

Foxy's appearance is certainly peculiar, and so is her default color scheme. Her hair thingy reminds me of Ahsoka from Star Wars. Oddly enough, I actually like her "casual" cloths (as seen in one of her win poses) slightly more than her fighting attire. Foxy's weapon and fencing-based fighting style is pretty cool, although... she doesn't really seem to fit into KOF incredibly well either. Maybe SNK also thought this, which is why she only appeared in a few games. She's a halfway decent design, but a bit out there. On that note, she'd fit into Star Wars or Star Gladiator perfectly. ;)
