Moe is an Asian-American high school girl living in America. One day, she finds Kyo, wounded after the battle with Orochi. On her own will, she nurses him back to health. Because she is worried for his safety, she decides to tag along with him in the next King of Fighters tournament. Eventually she looks to Kyo as her "big brother". Jeet Kune Do is her fighting style.

Moe has a fairly cool & trendy appearances. Interestingly she share's Kyo Kusanagi's stance, and also shows various similarities to other KOF characters in her fighting style... a safe, yet somewhat generic design for the series. She's not among the best female fighter designs we've seen come out of the KOF series, but she's not the worst either.
