Cuiling
is a girl who was raised from early childhood as an assassin by a triad.
She participates in the third Toshinden tournament. It is
ambiguous as to whether or not she is part of the Organization, as even
though her ending in the third game does not mention her being in any position
of it or its plans, she fights on the side of its members in Arcade mode.

she's a decent replacement for him in Toshinden 3.
