BIO:

Trevor C. Belmont is a vampire hunter from the Belmont clan who lived during the 15th century. He is the primary protagonist in Castlevania III: Dracula's Curse and a supporting character in Castlevania: Curse of Darkness. He was the first Belmont in the family to defeat Dracula. This was accomplished with the aid of Grant Danasty, Sypha Belnades and Alucard. He would later marry Sypha Belnades and have children with her. This would add the prodigious magical powers of the Belnades line to the Belmont line, which would be most prominently seen in Juste Belmont.

He later plays a secondary role in Curse of Darkness, where he is investigating the rise of Dracula in the reason. He confronts the Devil Forgemaster Hector, and although initially treats him with contempt, he aids him in his quest after being injured by Isaac Julia LaForeze gets to him in time. He survives, though barely, and is unable to do anything for the remainder of the battle. Meanwhile, Hector succeeds in stopping Isaac and sending Dracula's castle back into the abyss, effectively lifting the curse placed three years prior. So, despite his nearly fatal defeat, Trevor's mission was accomplished.

He, along with Sypha Belnades and Grant Danasty, later makes a cameo appearance in Castlevania: Symphony of the Night when zombies impersonate the trio to antagonize Alucard. The same zombie impersonators also appear in Castlevania: Portrait of Ruin when Jonathan Morris and Charlotte Aulin trek the Nest of Evil.

In the Castlevania: Judgment storyline, Trevor encounters a man named Aeon, who says Trevor has entered a Time Rift and tells him that he has many trials to pass before returning home. Trevor encounters many other characters, including his friend Grant DaNasty and his wife Sypha Belnades. Trevor is happy to see Grant and askes him why he didn't come to his wedding with Sypha. He quickly understood that Grant loved Sypha (they fight afterwards). Trevor encounters a younger Sypha in the Time Rift and she doesn't know him. Trevor finally encounters Dracula, who wants to take revenge upon him. After a hard struggle, Trevor subdues Dracula one more time and then gets information about the Time Reaper from Aeon. Trevor defeats Aeon and battles the Time Reaper. When the Time Reaper is destroyed, Trevor comes back to Valachia. It's said that he chases then two allies of Dracula, which are Isaac and Hector, leading to the later events.

I really couldn't tell Trevor apart from Simon in the early Castlevania games. However, he evolved into a cooler design as time passed. I wasn't too fond of his Castlevania Judgment redesign, but most of his earlier iterations are decent. He definitely looks badass in a lot of the artwork and defines that Castlevania "style" that us old school gamers know and love.
