As one of the
Hakkesshu (Orochi's assassins),
Vice joined forces with Mature
to serve their master,
Orochi. The two took orders from one of the
Four Heavenly Kings of Orochi, Goenitz,
even though they didn't like him. Goenitz ordered the two
to keep an eye
who was attempting to use Orochi's power, so they posed as his secretaries. When Rugal kidnapped Saisyu
Kusanagi during the events of King of Fighters 1995, Vice
was ordered to brainwash him. He put up a fight, but she eventually succeeded.
After Rugal was killed
the end of the KOF '95 from being unable to contain the Orochi power,
Goenitz ordered Vice and Mature to follow Iori
Yagami, due to his Yagami heritage of the Orochi
power and to bring him to the KOF '96 tournament. Goenitz was defeated
Kusanagi and Iori at the end of the tournament, but Vice and Mature betrayed him, deciding
Iori was a better ally to help them awaken Orochi. Their plan
backfired however, as Iori entered the Riot of the Blood and attacked them,
apparently killing them. Although dead, the two can take the form of solid shadows in the living
The two continued to
haunt Iori in his dreams and eventually revealed themselves to still exist in
the mortal realm before the beginning of The King of Fighters XIII.
Both Mature and Vice want to prevent Orochi's power from being stolen by Ash
or Those from the Past. Mature looks forward to seeing Iori fight without his
flames. They agree not to hold a grudge against Iori and convince Iori to join
with the lure of confronting Ash.
After the climax of
the KOF XIII tournament, Iori's magatama returns to his possession and the
weakened Orochi seal begins to strengthen itself once more. She and Mature ask
if he truly wants to accept the magatama and the Orochi blood once more,
offering him a final chance to completely eradicate the cursed fate from his
bloodline. When Iori refuses their offer, the women fade away. They state they
will meet him again in his dreams.

To be honest, I'm
not a fan
of girls with boyish haircuts... (well, it depends). In some artworks, Vice's boyish hairstyle puts me
off, but in others it looks actually looks alright. Sooo what's up with Vice anyway?
She's obviously nuts... possibly even nuttier than or Yamazaki.
lol. Why are you crawling around on the ground and making orgasm noises, Vice???
*Walks away nonchalantly*
I can admit there's something cool about Vice. Her TFG color scheme is
and her moveset is interesting... although it doesn't make a whole lotta sense how a petite
lady like Vice can
pick up her opponents with ease and friggin power-bomb them! That
Orochi power is something else, I guess. Anyhow, Vice's later
KOF XIII turned out pretty cool, although her new outfit is a bit on the generic side. I like her
original outfit more, but I think her KOF XIII attire actually suits
her better in this day & age. Her KOF XIV iteration is a solid revamp
of her design and pretty much what you'd expect.
