 The highly-anticipated Samurai Shodown "reboot" launches next week on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One (June 25th). SNK has uploaded one of their final character
introduction trailers, this time for longtime series veteran, Jubei Yagyu.
Like past trailers, Jubei's 30-second introduction trailer quickly runs through some of Jubei's moveset. Jubei looks to retain key elements of his original playstyle, revolving around strong fundamentals, counters and anti-air.
In related news, SNK will be releasing a Day 1 patch for Samurai Shodown (1.01) which will fix the major input lag issue apparent in the demo. This will bring Samurai Shodown's (demo) input lag of 8 frames down to 4.01 frames, keeping it in line with current PS4 / Xbox One fighting
games. The fact that SNK managed to fix this issue within 2 weeks is pretty impressive!
