Another opposer of Koga Shuko, Cheng Fu is a Drunken Fist user (his fighting style is called Suihassenken) from Hong Kong. He is a carefree justice-lover who enjoys sake. Although he is a skilled fighter, he dislikes trying to learn (particularly lectures), and is constantly sneaking out of his training.

Cheng-Fu is yet another Jackie Chan-inspired fighting game character. Is he related to Hon-Fu from Fatal Fury. Same last name and all. Overall, he's a bit of an ordinary-looking Drunken Kung Fu stylist. He's definitely no Lei Wulong, but he's got some entertaining moves here and there and balances out the NeoGeo Double Dragon roster.
