Freeman, real name unknown,
is a mysterious British serial killer. He fights using slashing movements with
his hands as if they were claws. He traveled to Second Southtown when he heard
of the King of Fighters: Maximum Mayhem tournament, and hoped to kill his
opponents. During the tournament, he killed a friend of Kevin Rian.
After the tournament, Freeman was hunted down by Second Southtown's Police
Department and was shot by a sniper. He fell into a river after being shot, but
when the police looked for his body, he was nowhere to be found.
