He is known as the "Strong Spirit from Naniwa". Goh is the most famous brawler in the western area of Japan known as Kansai, and has his own gang. Goh got the news about the arrival of the "Red Panther from Honmoku" (Joe Kusanagi) and is awaiting a fight against this new menace in order to further his goal of nationwide conquest. Goh is the main grappler in Aggressors of Dark Kombat, and has many powerful grabs.

Look at this dude's jaw. There's no way he is Japanese. lol. This bloke has a halfway-cool thing goin' with all his Yakuza garb... but something tells me his martial arts aren't really authentic. His face and hairstyle is laughable. I can't really tell if he's supposed to be comic relief in the game... but that seems like the only logical possibility here.
