Righto Yagami? Desu Noto? I feel like I've seen this character somewhere before.
In Death Note (great manga and anime, btw). Belial is a slick design,
although he kinda seems like a generic J-pop / anime dude in some ways (ex:
hairstyle). Thankfully, he's much more interesting in-game, as a proper fighting game character should
be
Belial has got some ridiculously charismatic animations, a pretty interesting and well-animated moveset, and his 3D character model details (made to look 2D) looks particularly
stylish in action.
