Master
Raven was confirmed as Raven's boss
AKA "higher officer". It's assumed she taught Raven many of his
techniques, as they share a very similar fighting style. Her real name is
unknown. As
an agent for the UN's intelligence bureau, Master Raven embarked on her latest
top-secret mission: Infiltrate the King of Iron Fist Tournament and confront
her assigned target.
In the frozen area
that was to be her battleground, Master Raven stood, arms folded, face to face
with her subordinate's sworn enemy (Dragunov),
who simply narrowed his eyes and took up a fighting pose. Attached to the
United Nations' secret intelligence service, she is code named "Master
Raven". She is a high ranked official with plenty of sub-ordinates tasked
in various dangerous missions.
With Heihachi
Mishima reclaiming the Mishima Zaibatsu and waging war on G Corporation,
the activities of this secret service have been increased to monitor and
report what is happening in the world. Loyal to her duty, she will go to the
ends of the earth for her role.

TAKI IS BACK!!!
...I mean... black!!! Heh. (I saw that comment somewhere and I stole it,
sorry.) It took over seven installments to finally get a black girl in TEKKEN,
but the wait was worth it. Even though I kinda miss the old Wesley Snipes
rip-off, M. Raven visually shines as her own character design more than Raven
ever did. Her neon ninja scarf, flowing dreads, and badass ninja armor all look
amazing in action. She's no doubt a great-looking design.
Of course, her moveset borrows many things from Raven... but she uses her short
Ninjato blade in several attacks and has some unique moves that she brought to
the table. All of her animations are incredibly smooth and she definitely hits
hard. Just like when Christie replaced Eddy,
Master Raven breathes new life into the returning fighting style. It's a cool
way to "sexy up" an existing design, if you know what I mean.
