Jean-Claude Van Damme as Johnny Cage MK1 Trailer

 Today, NetherRealm Studios
uploaded the first official trailer showing Johnny
Cage's Jean-Claude Van Damme skin in MK1.
Johnny Cage is also fully voiced by Van Damme in the game. Interestingly,
Cage's original design has always been directly inspired by the iconic martial
artist and actor — perhaps the reason why Van Damme is wearing
Cage's original threads from the very first Mortal
Kombat game (a role Van Damme originally turned down). Unfortunately,
the Van Damme skin is a Premium Edition bonus only, which means players
who want to use it will need to shell out $109.99
for the Premium Edition of MK1.

In addition to unveiling the Premium Edition-exclusive Jean-Claude
Van Damme skin in motion, NRS's official reveal trailer (YouTube link
below) also shows off some brand new Johnny
Cage
gameplay and combos — some featuring Kameo characters to back him up.

In other Mortal Kombat 1 news, NetherRealm Studios confirmed Nitara
for Mortal Kombat 1 on Thursday,
the character voiced by actress Megan Fox. Once again, Mortal Kombat 1
launches two weeks from now on September
19th, 2023 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch,
