 SNK Producer Yasuyuki Oda and Art Director Nobuyuki Kuroki were both present at yesterday's Japan Fighting Game Publishers Roundtable. Following this week's
reveal that Honor of Kings guest character Gongsun Li will be joining Samurai Shodown on August 5th for free, SNK confirmed that Season 3 of the game is in development. This good news means we'll see another wave of returning and new characters join Samurai
Shodown (2019). During the stream, SNK also mentioned that KOF XV news is "coming in the near future".

The King of Fighters XV was first revealed at EVO 2019 and remains a highly secretive project from SNK. Oda mentioned that due to COVID-19, SNK was not able to share any new information at this time. Still to this day, all we have on KOFXV is the official logo (below).
