Fighter 6 Akuma and Ed Concept Art

 At
the most recent Capcom × Osamu Tezuka art exhibit in Japan, Capcom
showcased new
Street Fighter 6
concept artwork for the two remaining DLC characters joining the
game in its first year. The latest illustrations for Ed
and Akuma further
verify what appear to be their final designs before they officially join
the Street Fighter 6 roster in Winter and Spring 2024, respectively. Capcom still hasn't
released any story or moveset specifics about either of the two upcoming
DLC characters, but we'll keep you updated. Take a look below at Capcom's latest concept illustrations for Akuma and Ed, which closely mirror
Tamio's previous SF6 artwork of the characters revealed earlier in
2023.

and Ed were previously revealed
in several of Capcom's Street Fighter 6 Season Pass announcements
and trailers leading up to the
releases of Rashid
and A.K.I. For
comparison's sake, check out the earlier Akuma and Ed
illustrations by Tamio revealed several months ago (below).

As the above promotional artwork shows, Ed is the next character joining Street
Fighter 6 — arriving Winter 2024. Akuma's release will follow
in Spring 2024. In related news... Capcom released new
"Outfit 3" costume concept artwork for Ken Masters, Cammy, Luke,
