 Before
the Street Fighter V: Arcade Edition Top 8 finalists duked it out
at EVO 2018, Capcom's Yoshinori Ono took the stage to announce G and Sagat
for the game. Prior to the world premiere of the character reveal
trailers, a mysterious man cosplaying as "G" took the EVO stage
to give quite the presidential speech. (We now know that man is actually
