The
gameplay of Street Fighter: Battle Combination appears to follow
the staple "rounds" format of a fighting game. Instead of button
inputs, character cards are used for attacks. Players can form a deck that
combines up to 5 different characters, and character cards correspond
directly to each fighter's signature moves. Judging from the screenshots,
characters confirmed so far, include: Ryu, Chun-Li, Akuma, Guile, Zangief
and E. Honda.

A vital part of the
strategy seems to be the order of attacks performed, not unlike a staple Street
Fighter combo. However, players can use various characters in a single
combo. For example: Ryu's strong punch, combined into E. Honda's headbutt,
into Chun Li's Spinning Bird Kick. A team's overall health and attack
power will also determine the power of a given fighter. As with any
strategy card game, each card also has a cost corresponding with its
power.

Street
Fighter: Battle Combination features 3 modes: Stage Mode, Versus Mode
and Formidable Foe Battle Mode. The game is currently in open beta (only
in Japan it seems), and it can currently be downloaded on Android devices.
The game is also set to hit iOS at a later date. No word on any official
release dates have yet been given.
