First off, Seo is a pretty cool
stereotype of a Tae Kwon Do fighter, simply because he's clearly cocky. It's actually a trademark I've seen in some highly skilled TKD blackbelts at real life tournaments, so he's a convincing design. Even more interesting... is that "In Sun Seo" is the name of a real life Korean Hapkido Grand Master - 10th dan. (Google him.) Coincidence? Or did
SNK choose the name "Seo" purposely when they designed this Korean martial arts character. The real In Sun Seo has been on the cover of numerous martial arts magazines, so it's very possible. On an even more interesting (personal) note, I attended at least 2 full-day martial arts seminars where In Sun Seo himself presented and taunt. Later, my TKD
school came into the possession of the training mats used at that event. And those training mats are still at our school... the very ones In Sun Seo demonstrated on. That's my real life martial arts story in relation to this character. Hope you enjoyed it. lol.
Seo's hair game is strong. This guy's artwork and charisma could match Hwoarang's, but I'm not so sure about his Buriki One moveset and animations. Indeed, TKD has been better-represented in other games. Still, Seo is probably one of the coolest characters from Buriki One. Bring him back SNK!
