Ill Goga thought that if he
won the 98th Tournament, he could present his girlfriend with a nose ring (wedding
ring?). He thought it would be good for her to see his gallantry at the
Tournament, but Ill was horribly defeated. Moreover, his girlfriend
fell in love with the champion, Gren, and couldn't stand to look at Ill. In
order to win back his girlfriend's love by defeating Gren, Ill has entered
the Tournament.

If Andre The
Giant and Satan had a baby... lol. Ill Goga was one of the more recognizable characters from Tobal, since he appeared on some of the posters and cover artwork (that I remember). Like most characters from Tobal, his
face makes me giggle. I don't remember much about is fighting style.
