BIO:

The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (TMNT), who originate from Mirage Studios, are playable guest characters in Injustice 2 (2017). All four fight as a "unit" available through DLC as part of Fighter Pack 3.

By equipping one of four accessories - swords, bo staff, nunchakus or sais - players can change their character loadout to play as Leonardo, Donatello, Michelangelo and Raphael respectively. Each will wield their own unique move sets, character powers, and special moves (With a couple of exceptions), but all four use the same Super Move. In online and tournament modes where specific loadouts are unavailable, players will be able to select each individual Turtle from the character select screen.

The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles are undoubtedly among the most entertaining guest characters in Injustice 2. They arrived as DLC at a time when Injustice 2 was definitely losing popularity in the competitive scene, but nonetheless, TMNT brought some hype back to the game and made me want to take another look.

It's pretty cool TMNT first appeared in the SNES fighting game, TMNT: Tournament Fighters... later showed up in Injustice 2 from the creators of Mortal Kombat, and also arrived in Street Fighter 6 as avatar costumes. These four world travelers have certainly gotten around... and certainly come a long way from their Saturday Morning Cartoon days. Good times back in the early 90s. . . KOWABUNGA DUDES.
