The grandson of Will Zeppeli, Caesar is one of the heroes of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Battle Tendency. Caesar is an Italian, highly-skilled ripple user and quite a ladies man. He is rather cool and collected compared to Joseph. He later became an ally and friend of Joseph in Part II: Battle Tendency. Some time after Caesar desires revenge against the Pillar Men, he trains under Lisa Lisa in the use of the hamon, but apparently has learned little more than the fundamentals and still needed to go through the final part of the ripple training in order to master it fully.

Caesar's design didn't catch my eye at first... but after watching JoJo's Bizarre Adventure - Part 2, I grew to like his design. He's a man of honor and a warrior... I can always respect that. As Will Zeppeli's grandson, Caesar's mannerisms and attacks compliment his grandfather's legacy. Without spoiling anything, I can say his brotherly / competitive relationship with Joseph Josestar is nicely done... and helps flesh out both his design and Joseph's design. Appearance-wise, he's a JoJo character... lots of colors and flair. Not bad, but not the most exciting from the series either. Fighting style-wise, Caesar's got some cool special techniques and defining moments in the series worth checking out.
