Okuyasu is one of the main characters in JoJo's Bizarre Adventure - Part IV: Diamond is Unbreakable. He is introduced as an antagonist, but quickly becomes Josuke Higashikata's best friend. They stay close friends throughout Part 4 and tackle malevolent Stand users together. He is Keicho Nijimura's little brother and also a Stand User wielding the fearsome "The Hand".
