The dude is basically Tseng from Final Fantasy VII. The slick back hair has reached ultimate epic capacity. Clever fighting style he has, but I think Sai should take his hands out of his pocket a bit more... c'mon, take the fight seriously ya'jerk! ;) Still, easily one of the coolest designs of Akatsuki Blitzkampf.
