XIII Steam Edition Leaving Steam January 23rd, To Be Replaced
by Global Match Feb. 20th

 KOF
XIII STEAM EDITION will
be delisted
from the Steam store at 6:59 AM (PST) on January 23rd, 2025. SNK
specified that Steam accounts that already purchased STEAM EDITION
prior to the removal will still be able to play and download the game.
Owners of KOF XIII STEAM EDITION will also be able to pick up KOF
XIII Global Match after its release on February 20th, 2025
for $6.99. SNK has not yet specified the price of Global Match
for those who haven't previously purchased STEAM EDITION. Global
Match adds welcomed rollback netcode and improved online
features & matchmaking to the
fan-favorite 2D fighter — the last sprite-based fighting game released
by SNK before moving the series to 3D graphics with KOF
XIV and KOF XV.
