Omega
Rugal Announced for KOF
XV
|

|
|
 During
today's Japan Fighting Game Publishers Roundtable stream, SNK announced an
iconic boss from KOF series history will be joining The
King of Fighters XV next month as FREE DLC. Omega
Rugal will be added to KOF XV's roster on April 14th,
2022, completely free of charge. In addition to the normal selectable
version of Omega Rugal, SNK confirmed they will be adding a special "Boss
Challenge Mode" to the game, offering players an even more
difficult and fearsome battle with Omega Rugal. Check out Omega Rugal's

SNK also
updated their KOF XV DLC Character Update Roadmap (above). Once
again, Team Garou is now available as the game's first Team DLC. Following
Omega Rugal's arrival in April, Team South Town (Team 2) will be released May
2022. Later this year, two additional (unannounced) teams will be joining
the roster in Summer and Autumn 2022, respectively. A character balance
patch will also be implemented in May 2022.
