Eddy
Gordo, Season 1, Announced for TEKKEN 8
|

|
|
 During
the final TEKKEN World Tour event (TWT 2023 Global Finals) for TEKKEN
7, Bandai Namco announced fan-favorite returning character Eddy
Gordo for the next highly-anticipated installment of the series, TEKKEN
8. The new Opening Movie Trailer unveils the intro for
TEKKEN 8 and reveals Eddy's teaser trailer at the very end, which
contains video footage of a Bandai Namco
motion capture actor portraying Eddy in TEKKEN 8, along with some
behind-the-scenes 3D animation development. Yesterday, Bandai Namco also
released Zafina's
Gameplay Reveal Trailer. Watch the two newest trailers
below and continue reading on for more details on Season 1 of
TEKKEN 8. 
Eddy Gordo is the first DLC character announced for TEKKEN 8's Season
1, set to join the roster in Spring 2024. Eddy will be joined
by three additional (unannounced) characters arriving in Summer, Autumn, and
Winter — which will bring TEKKEN 8's character roster up to 36 come
Winter 2024. Take a look at some HD screenshots from the

8 launches on
January 26th, 2024 on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC
