Samurai Shodown (known as Samurai Spirits in Japan) is one of the most iconic pioneer 2D fighting game series from the original arcade era of the 1990s. Joining several other fan-favorite fighting games from the 90s, SNK's flagship weapon-based 2D fighter has officially turned 30. To celebrate SamSho's 30th anniversary, SNK shared a new illustration by Yumi Saji featuring the charismatic and influential original cast of the classic and memorable 1993 fighting game.
