Sanman is a man of
mystery. Nobody knows very much about him, and he does not speak much of
anything to anyone. All that we know for sure is that he drives and works
on a special custom scooter he made, and that he has a strange proclivity
for the number 3. His relations with others are not very good, but he's friendly
with Picky.
