F7 was one of four
Bison Troopers to be experimented and turned into cyborgs. He has undergone
rigorous physical training. Their mission is to eliminate Guile
and his forces. The other known Bison Troopers are Khyber,
Blade, and Arkane.
Did someone accidentally hit the F7 key on a keyboard when copy/pasting this character for Street Fighter: The Movie? Not sure why they would use spell check during the creation of this character, besides copy/pasting him from another one of the Bison trooper clones.
Smoke... is that you? As if Street Fighter: The Movie wasn't
enough a rip off of Mortal Kombat... they had to put this guy in the game. They
just had to. Somehow, in retrospect, I'm kind of glad this character even exists
in the first place.
Fast forward to 2016: "Whaaat? We get a redesign in 2D art form? Crazy times we're
livin' in." While he didn't actually appear in SFV, it's cool to
have new art of an ancient character that Capcom will never actually bring back.
His new revamped design looks like he could fit into Akatsuki
Blitzkampf. And yes, F7 gets extra personality points just for wearing black
(and having a cool-sounding name). -_-
