BIO:

Yang and Yun entered the Street Fighter tournament to show off their skills in Kung-fu & Kenpo. They later find and fight Gill, who appreciates their effort and grants them leadership of the town. They turned down his offer, since they only fought him to stop his maniacal plans. They still run the restaurant, probably Gen's former "Genhanten". It seems the two girls Hoimei and Shaomei are in love with them. Yun & Yang were only relatives to their long-lost uncle Lee who fought in the first World Tournament (his whereabouts after that was unknown but he did request Gen to train them).

Yang is just as awesome as his brother Yun, and the two make a kick ass duo to say the least. Yang's formal yet unorthodox kung fu fighting style and appearance is simply badass all around! He and his brother Yun take the place of classic Street Fighter characters like Gen and Lee, and certainly do it better than those old guys ever did!

Yang was simply a palette swap of Yun in the original SFIII, but soon started obtaining his own unique moveset in 2nd Impact (and after). On that note, I particularly liked his voice in 2nd Impact... "Hiee whooo hiee whooo hieeeee!" For some reason or another, Yang never achieved the popularity of his brother, who appeared in quite a few more games over Yang. However, it was hella cool to see Yang pop up in Yun's CVS2 super moves! :)
