Higashi's official Fatal
Fury: City of the Wolves
gameplay reveal trailer and announced Joe will be joining the game this
Autumn. The old school Fatal Fury
and KOF series Muay Thai
fighter jumps into City of the Wolves with quite a few new
techniques but still retains his old school charm and special moves that
he's been known for over the years. Joe
Higashi is voiced by Kevin Andrew Rivera in Fatal Fury: City of the
Wolves. Without
