Gear -STRIVE- Balance Update 1.18 Patch Notes

System Works has posted the full patch notes for Guilty Gear
-STRIVE-'s upcoming (free) Battle Balance update arriving June
10th, 2022. The notes list all of the updates made to the game's core
gameplay mechanics as well as character-specific changes. Once again, Arc
System Works' patch notes go into great detail concerning some of the
character updates, citing very specific reasons for the changes in most cases.
"We've made it more rewarding to use moves that have been
under-utilized and techniques requiring challenging inputs, while also
making the controls more comfortable," said Arc System Works. To view

As previously reported, the 1.18 balance update will add a macro for Faultless Defense. This allows players to map
Faultless Defense to a single button press. A bug related to back-dashes
will also be corrected with the release of the patch.
Arc System Works will also be testing Steam to PS5/PS4 crossplay sometime
