	Guilty Gear -STRIVE- Balance Update Coming June 10th, Crossplay Beta Begins This Summer

  

During Arc System Works' 1-year anniversary stream for Guilty Gear -STRIVE- today, the company announced a "large scale" balance patch for the game will be releasing on June 10th, 2022. This includes balance tuning for the entire cast, changes to overall gameplay mechanics, and improvements to controls. Furthermore, a beta test for Steam to PS5/PS4 crossplay will begin this Summer. Also coming this Summer, a new physical copy of the game, Guilty Gear -STRIVE- Starter Edition 2022, was announced and will include all Season 1 DLC characters. Scroll down for more details along with the official box artwork and trailer.     Arc System Works mentioned on stream that the balance update will include a macro for Faultless Defense. This will allow players to map Faultless Defense to a single button press. The developers also mentioned a bug related to back-dashes will be corrected with the release of the balance patch.
