EVO '22, Arcade1Up announced a full-size
Marvel Vs. Capcom 2
home
arcade releasing this Fall which not only contains MVC2, but seven
other classic titles. Many Capcom fans have been waiting a long time for some
kind of "Marvel Vs. Capcom Collection" to release... and
while it may not be the digital / affordable compilation that many folks
would instantly buy, Arcade1Up is making the dream happen with a deluxe
home arcade cabinet that has it all. Below, check out Arcade1Up's EVO '22
stream archive featuring Justin Wong (the announcement is made at the 1:50
timestamp). Scroll further down to see the full lineup of 8 games
featured in Arcade1Up's MVC2 home arcade.

In addition to 5
classic Capcom fighting games, the home arcade also includes
X-Men:
Mutant Apocalypse (released 1994 on SNES) and Marvel
Super Heroes in War of the Gems (released 1996 on SNES). The MVC2
cabinet also includes an exclusive side panel art, light-up marquee, and a
matching custom riser.
Arcade1Up's Marvel
Vs. Capcom 2 home arcade becomes available for pre-order on September
8th, 2022 for $599.99. The cabinet is expected to ship a few weeks
after that date. During the EVO '22 stream, Justin Wong mentioned that the
dev-team is aiming to make as close to an arcade perfect port as
possible. It was also confirmed that all 56 of MVC2's characters
will be available from the start. Like other Arcade1up home arcades, this
cabinet features WIFI online play for all (or most) of the featured games.
