	SFV: Champion Edition V-Shift Patch Notes, New Dan Trailer

  

Season 5 of Street Fighter V has officially begun, with the first new character Dan Hibiki now playable. Season 5 introduces the new "V-Shift" defensive mechanic and a plethora of character balance changes. That said, today Capcom has released the official patch notes to get players acquainted with all the new changes. To view the full patch notes on Capcom's official website (PDF), click here. In addition, Capcom released a brand new trailer for Dan Hibiki on YouTube. Watch it below!     Interestingly, the final frame of Dan's SFV victory animation (above) appears to be a clever homage to his Marvel Super Heroes Vs. Street Fighter character illustration (below).
