TEKKEN: Bloodline Netflix Series Trailer

A Netflix anime series based on the TEKKEN franchise was officially announced today! Watch the teaser trailer (below) for TEKKEN: BLOODLINE coming to Netflix in 2022. The anime will begin with Jin Kazama's origin story, set between the events of TEKKEN 2 and TEKKEN 3. The official description is as follows: "Power is everything." Jin Kazama learned the family self-defense arts, Kazama-Style Traditional Martial Arts, from his mother at an early age. Even so, he was powerless when a monstrous evil suddenly appeared, destroying everything dear to him, changing his life forever. Angry at himself for being unable to stop it, Jin vowed revenge and sought absolute power to exact it. His quest will lead to the ultimate battle on a global stage The King of Iron Fist Tournament.

TEKKEN: BLOODLINE takes place during the events of TEKKEN 2 and TEKKEN 3
focusing (at first) on Jin's childhood training in Kazama-style martial arts with his mother, Jun Kazama. The trailer confirms appearances by Ogre and Heihachi whom as TEKKEN 3 lore aficionados know, play an important role in the storyline and events to unfold. The teaser also confirms appearances by Leroy Smith, True Ogre, Kazuya, and King. The official Netflix page for TEKKEN: Bloodline shows a matured Jin Kazama facing off against King (below)!
