arrives on PlayStation 5 and Steam on August 6th, 2026. Arc System
Works and Sony recently shared new images conveniently providing a visual
breakdown of the Ultimate Edition, Digital Deluxe Edition,
and Standard Edition's contents and pe-order bonuses. The Ultimate
Edition includes some exciting old school character costumes for Iron
Man and Captain
America, along with Spider-Man's
Advanced Suit (inspired by Insomniac Games' Spider-Man 2), Storm's
Punk Rock Costume, and Dr.
Doom's Supreme Ruler Costume. We also get a first look at exclusive
player avatars, colors, and more.

Sony Interactive
Entertainment has confirmed three distinct launch editions: Standard,
Digital Deluxe, and Ultimate. The Standard Edition, priced at $59.99,
provides the base experience featuring a 20-character launch roster,
including the recently revealed "Unbreakable X-Men" team
consisting of Storm, Magik, Wolverine, and Danger. The Digital Deluxe
Edition ($84.99) expands this with the "Year 1 Characters
& Stage Pass," granting access to four post-launch fighters and
one additional stage, alongside exclusive lobby items like Howard the Duck
and Cosmo.
The Ultimate Edition ($99.99) includes all previous content
plus five premium costumes for Storm, Captain America, Doctor Doom, Iron
Man, and a Spider-Man suit inspired by Insomniac Games' Marvel's
Spider-Man 2. Furthermore, the Ultimate Edition unlocks
"Animated Chromatic" colors for the entire launch roster. Early
adopters who pre-order any version before the August launch will receive
the Infinity Gauntlet lobby equipment, a Baby Groot pet, and a Cosmic
Surfboard ride.
