As you may know, there's
a good chance the next Guilty Gear game (Guilty Gear Xrd -SIGN-)
will be coming to next-gen platforms like PS4 & Xbox One. Recently, a GGX
fan started a petition to get GGXRD over to Nintendo's Wii U, and it was
even acknowledged by Aksys on Twitter.

Toshimichi Mori confirmed that the roster is "complete" in the
upcoming PS3 version of Blazblue: ChronoPhantasma, and there won't be any
DLC characters. However, extra colors and voice packs are planned for DLC. Mori
also said that BB:CP completes 80% of the entire Blazblue story.

Team Ninja Teases New DOA5
Project

Yosuke Hayashi of Team
Ninja revealed a teaser trailer for a new Dead or Alive 5 project.
The brief trailer confirms a new character, Momiji from Ninja Gaiden
series. Also check out a screen
grab of Momiji. Other new characters and updates are also expected.
This new "DOA5 title" will be released for PS3 and 360.

Eliza Confirmed as Next Skullgirls

Fan votes have been
tallied and it's been announced that Eliza
will be the the 3rd DLC character for Skullgirls. Eliza will join the Skullgirls
roster via DLC, along with Squigly and Big Band. No official dates for these DLC
characters have yet been announced.

The official reveal trailer
for Lobo, the first DLC character of Injustice: Gods Among Us, was
revealed today. Just under 3 minutes long, the new trailer shows off many of
Lobo's abilities, including his super move (which is pretty damn entertaining).

Famitsu has revealed some
new Blazblue: Chrono Phantasma artwork, screenshots, and basic bios of
the new console exclusive characters, Kagura Mutsuki & Yuki Terumi. Also

of some of the game's modes, as well as the Japanese limited edition version for
PS3.

KOF's Terry &
Benimaru to Appear in Chinese Fighter

You might've heard of the
Chinese fighting game, Xuan Dou Zhi Wang, by Tencent Games. Dubbed as a
"KOF knock-off" by some, recent news actually adds some
legitimacy to the title. The official website
for the game confirms that SNK's Terry Bogard and Benimaru will be playable in a
future update. Here's the official character art.

game, Divekick, has an equally zany and bizarre character roster. Today,
the official Playstation
Blog posted images and bios of all of the confirmed characters of Divekick,
including the recently revealed "Alex Jefailey" (based on CEO
Tournament Organizer, Alex Jebailey).

of Meridian Rooftops, the next DLC stage to be added to Skullgirls. Also,
the third round of voting for the next DLC character has concluded, narrowing
down the results to the final

Lobo Confirmed as First Injustice

"Battle Arena" video between Superman and Batman was released today.
Also released was a recap video of the Battle Arena series, and a confirmation

CP PS3 Release Date, 2 New Characters

A PS3 version of Blazblue:
Chrono Phantasma has just been confirmed in Japan, set to be released
October 24th. Famitsu scans
reveal that the "updated" console version will feature 2 new
characters, Kagura Mutsuki and Yuki Terumi. So far there's no word on an
international release date or 360 version.

The game features has 51 trophies which are earned in various modes, such as:

The latest playable characters to join the roster are Koichi Hirose and Akira

of Ken Masters and Sakura Kasugano from Square Enix's Play Arts Kai series. Both
of these figures can currently be pre-ordered for 6,120

Arc System Works Wants
to Make PS4 Fighting Game

Toshimichi Mori recently stated that Arc System Works wants to create a new
fighting game for PS4... "We actually made Guilty
Gear targeting the Dreamcast, and we started creating BlazBlue
around the time of the PS3 release, so we want to make a game for PS4 when the
system releases." Interesting. Stay tuned!

Resurrection Fight Request Update

Capcom will be releasing
a free update for Darkstalkers Resurrection on April 12th. This will add
a "Fight Request" option which can be used in both Arcade and Training
Mode. Fight Request enables an online opponent to challenge you while you're
playing. This patch will also address freezing bugs and character issues.

The 3DS "Capcom X
Sega X Namco" crossover RPG, Project X Zone, just received a release
date in North America - June 25th, 2013. It was recently confirmed that the
localized version will use the original Japanese voices with English subtitles.

Microsoft & Fox Come
to Terms Over KI Trademark

Earlier this week, Fox
and Microsoft signed a Trademark Coexistence Agreement regarding the name of the
iconic 1994 fighting game, Killer Instinct. This remedies the issue with
Fox's short-lived 2005 crime drama, which goes by the same name. This could lead
to a re-release of KI, a new game... or possibly, nothing?

In addition, a new "features" trailer
