Nice parachute pants. I've seen pictures of the real Ghengis Khan, and that guy looks much cooler than J. Carn. Look at his spiky shoulder pads. Those hazardous things look like they belong in Super Mario. Not only is Carn laughably
out of proportion, but most of his moveset is beyond boring IMO (and many of his moves are just copies of moves we've seen other 2D fighting game characters do better).

where he waves his arms up and down like a gorilla is just... BAD. What a terrible winpose and really bad animation. Sorry (not sorry) I had to rate him so low. In short (no pun intended), World Heroes games look much better when J. Carn isn't on the screen. Yeah, he's one of those types of fighting game characters.
