	Fighting Game Artist Profiles Update: Harumaru

  

TFG's exclusive Fighting Game Artist Profiles feature has just been updated with another influential illustrator of the genre. Harumaru is a female artist who worked at Capcom from 1998-2000. She is famed for being the lead artist of Strider 2 and also created promotional artwork for several hit Capcom fighting games, including: Street Fighter Alpha 3, Street Fighter III: 3rd Strike, Project Justice, and Capcom Vs. SNK. Since she was 15 years old, Harumaru sent fan artwork to various video game and anime magazines — which eventually lead to her being hired by Capcom as the lead artist for Strider 2.   Harumaru is now featured on Part 10 of TFG's Artist Profiles Feature, alongside Shinkiro. Additional illustrations and trivia for other fighting game artists was also recently added to TFG's Feature, so feel free to begin from Part 1 to find some newly-added content.     TFG's Artist Profiles feature is frequently updated and will continue to be revised in the future with additional fighting game artists, illustrations, and trivia.
