KOF XV Team Samurai Story, Official Renders, New DLC Roadmap Confirms Crossplay for 2023

  

SNK has shared the official King of Fighters XV storyline for the newest DLC team joining the game next month (October 4th), Team Samurai. Learn how Haohmaru, Nakoruru, and Darli Dagger transcend the universe of Samurai Shodown to enter the KOF XV timeline in their written storyline — now available to read on SNK's official site for the game. Additionally, check out Team Samurai's official character renders below and scroll further down to take a look at the most recent DLC roadmap for KOF XV which lists Crossplay as an upcoming 2023 feature in addition to at least two more (unannounced) characters.

Finally, SNK revealed the latest KOF XV DLC roadmap reconfirming Shingo and Kim are coming to the game in 2023, followed by Crossplay Support and at least 2 more characters coming later in the year. In addition to being available for purchase individually, Team Samurai will be packaged alongside Team Awakened Orochi's Orochi Chris, Orochi Shermie, and Orochi Yashiro in Team Pass 2.
 


 

 






  
Once again, Team Samurai becomes available in KOF XV on October 4th, 2022. Here's a link back to Team Samurai's gameplay reveal trailer, which SNK released yesterday, in case you haven't seen it yet. The King of Fighters XV is now available on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Windows 10, and Steam.
