Capcom Launches Street Fighter 35th Anniversary Site

Capcom launched a special website for Street Fighter's 35th Anniversary celebration this year. The majority of the content on the snazzy SF35th website is in Japanese, but there are some sections and features available in English. One of the website's must-see features is a timeline spanning the entire history of the Street Fighter series from 1987 to 2023. In the timeline section of the site, you can scroll all the way down to view every single Street Fighter game and its original release date. You can head straight over to Capcom's official SF35th website by following the provided link or clicking the image of Ryu below. Also see some brand new SF35th artwork by Shinkiro, Akiman, and Tamio further down in the article.

Additionally, Capcom's new website also unveiled some brand new 35th Anniversary illustrations by Toshiaki Mori (Shinkiro), Akira Yasuda (Akiman), and Tamio! You can click or tap any of the artworks below to open the full-size version in a new window.

The official site also contains clickable cards featuring commentary by various development team members, influential character designers & artists over the years, and composers, including: Bengus, Shoei, Shinya Okada, and Takayuki Nakayama. However, the commentary content on the website is currently only available in Japanese, unfortunately. Please stay tuned on Fighters Generation for more Street Fighter and SF35th news.
