Tech Review (Video), PC Version Optimization Tips

 While
the Steam version of Street Fighter 6
is mostly excellent and looks absolutely breathtaking at MAX / high graphics
settings, there are currently some performance issues that even affect
users on the most modern high-end PCs. In a new video this week, Digital
Foundry takes a closer look at Street Fighter 6's performance and
provides several helpful tips on how to better optimize the game on PC.

Foundry's 11-minute video is packed with useful information and
stats for nerds, but if you're
pressed for time... take a look below at some quick, helpful tips to get Street
Fighter 6 running better on PC, whether you're using a mid-range or
high-end PC.

PC
Version Optimization Tips:
-
Activate
Shader Pre-loading.
-
Turn OFF
Screen Space Reflections.
-
Turn OFF
VSync.
-
Set
Shadow Quality to Normal.
-
Turn
Battle Hub player count down to 40.
-
Mesh
quality, sampling quality & background object density don't have
much of an impact on performance.

Hopefully,
Capcom will further optimize the PC version of Street Fighter 6 with future
patches. As a PC player, I did notice some small yet
significant performance improvements after implementing the optimization
