There are some who say Facebook and Russia meddled in the 2016 presidential election. Next year in 2020... a Fighting Game could end up swaying a few votes for Democratic presidential candidate Andrew Yang. In
September
of 2019, Andrew Yang stated on Twitter that he "spent his teenage years playing Street Fighter II in New Hampshire." (Let the memes begin.) Now in December, somehow, an actual fighting game called "Andrew Yang: Path To Presidency"
exists and is planned for release on Steam. (Yeah, it
actually has a Steam page already.) Watch the reveal trailer below for the first gameplay footage if you still can't believe what you're reading.
Andrew Yang: Path To Presidency features Story Mode and Versus Mode, has playable Bernie Sanders, (boss) President Trump, along with other 2020 presidential candidates, and will be released on December 30th, 2019. Regardless of your political views, any fighting game fan should be able to find the existence of this game pretty
funny and/or entertaining at the
least. The Dragon Ball Z-inspired art style isn't half bad either... If this game ends up with "mostly positive" reviews on Steam, Yang might just have the "FGC vote" on lock.

The Steam description is as follows:
"Andrew Yang is unstoppable on his path to presidency! Play through all of the ups and downs of his campaign journey as you battle the other candidates, the naysayers and of course President Trump!"
The Andrew Yang video game is finally here! Does the "longer than longshot" candidate have what it takes to beat the competition and take back the White House?
STORY MODE

VERSUS MODE
