New Street Fighter 6 Story Art by Bengus & Hiroaki

New Street Fighter 6 arcade mode story illustrations by Bengus and Hiroaki Hashimoto were revealed at Capcom's Street Fighter 35th Anniversary Osaka event. Street Fighter 6 director Takayuki Nakayama posted some photos of the new artwork showing story mode illustrations for new characters like Kimberly and Jamie Siu, as well as for veteran characters like Ryu, Guile, Juri Han, and Luke. There is currently no context for these new character story illustrations, but we'll keep you updated once we know more. As previously reported, Capcom's Street Fighter 35th Anniversary event will be going on from November 18th - December 25th, 2022.

The Osaka venue is also hosting a new playable demo of Street Fighter 6. The demo will only be available at specific timeslots. While the exhibit will be open from 10:00 - 20:00 JST, access to the demo will begin at 13:00 JST daily. Demo stations will close at 18:00 on Mondays through Thursdays, 19:00 from Fridays to Sundays, and will also be closed on holidays.

In addition to Street Fighter 6, the demo area will also feature arcade cabinets of two Capcom classics: Street Fighter II X and Final Fight — also accessible by ticket holders. Attendees will also be provided with an additional ticket that gives them access to the arcade cabinets for up to two play sessions. Attendees can even purchase a higher-priced ticket to score a set of hologram stickers featuring chibi artwork of Ryu, Chun-Li, and Juri Han. (We'll post the new character art once Capcom officially reveals it.)

Below are some additional photos of the new Street Fighter 6 story artwork recently shared by Takayuki Nakayama on Twitter.
