Yusuke Murata Street Fighter and Capcom Art

Yusuke Murata is a well-known Japanese manga artist and animator perhaps best known for illustrating the hit Japanese manga / anime series, One-Punch Man. Murata's captivating and immediately recognizable art style speaks for itself... and those of us in the fighting game community happen to be blessed with some amazing Street Fighter and Capcom artwork by Murata — due to the fact that Murata himself is a Street Fighter fan, which shows through clearly in his dense catalog of remarkable character illustrations. Murata also illustrated Street Fighter: The Novel, a 256-page hardcover book published by UDON in October 2018.

In addition to composing epic 2D masterpieces featuring fan-favorite Street Fighter characters (including those from the modern Street Fighter V era), Murata also illustrated characters from other Capcom fighting games such as Marvel Vs. Capcom 3 Ultimate and Darkstalkers. Without further ado, check out our full Yusuke Murata Street Fighter and Capcom artwork gallery, which you can now browse at any time inside TFG's Art Gallery section.

If you happen to be interested in purchasing Street Fighter: The Novel, you can currently pick it up from Amazon for $12.99 paperback or $19.99 hardcover. Also check out Yusuke Murata's bio in TFG's Artist Profiles feature for future reference. Thanks for reading and stay tuned for updates to the art gallery!
